Arts Rubicon is a modern, fun, and versatile events space perfect for weddings, private parties, live performances, exhibitions, corporate events, and more.
When you come to the Rubicon, every package will include the following services:
• A fully serviced bar with a wonderful range of craft beers, wines, bubbles, spirits, cocktails, coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• Bring your own catering, have us prepare a grazing board for you, or enjoy our evening food menu.
• Friendly and professional bar staff and security.
• Exclusive use of the entire venue.
• Furnish and decorate the space as you like.
• A collection of cocktail style furniture including bar tables, stools, lounges, barrels and more.
• Ample vehicle access and free parking. Walking distance to Crown, and a stone throw from the CBD.
• Cleaning and rubbish is taken care of for you.
• High quality and easy to use sound system with wireless microphone.
• Serviced, clean, and modern restrooms.
• A fun and exciting environment.

Drinks & Catering
Arts Rubicon offers a fully serviced bar with a wonderful selection of local and international drinks including craft beers, ciders, seltzers, mixers, natural wines, bubbles, cocktails, spirits to non-alcoholic drinks such as coffee, tea, juice and more.
Cash Bar: Allow your guests to pay for their own drinks at the bar. Having a cash bar is a great way to save money when hiring our venue.
Bar Tabs & Drinks Packages: A bar tab is the perfect option for special events where you want to treat your guests to a selection of drinks.
Recommendation: Put only selected beers, wines and bubbles on the tab, and if your guests want something special, like a cocktails and mixers, they can still get one but they have to pay for it themselves. This way you can get away with a smaller tab that will last longer while still being generous with your guests.
Catering: We are happy to work with any food catering
arrangements you like. You are welcome to bring your own catering, have us prepare a beautiful grazing board for you, or enjoy our evening food menu.
